Rachel Cockerill-Sharpe lives in Tregony on the Roseland in Cornwall. Her home is her studio, living in a barn conversion brings a light and airy environment in which to work. She walks around the harbours, towns and coastal paths and mainly documents her inspiration by use of sketch and photographic media.

As a mother of 3 young children this is the quickest way of gathering what excites her visually. Rachel likes to twist and turn horizons thereafter in her studio time, to bring challenge to the traditional horizontal views of these subjects.
